This page explains how to request deletion of your Estate 360 account and the personal data associated with it, and what happens to that data once you do.
| Data | Why it's kept | Retention period |
|---|---|---|
| Visitor/access log entries you were involved in | These are part of the estate's own security record, used by estate management and security staff independent of your personal account | Up to 12 months, then deleted |
| Payment or transaction records | Required for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes | As required by applicable law |
| Information already shared with your estate manager as part of resident approval | Retained by the estate as part of its own resident records, separate from the app | Per the estate's own record-keeping |
Where data is retained, it is kept solely for the purposes above and is not used for any other purpose after your account is deleted.
