Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Estate 360 account and the personal data associated with it, and what happens to that data once you do.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us from your registered address Send a request to with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". If you can't send from the email on your account, just include it in the message body.
  2. Include your account details Your full name, the phone number or email your account is registered with, and the estate/house number you're listed under, if you know it.
  3. We verify and confirm We'll verify the request came from you, then confirm by email once deletion is complete. This is typically done within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

What may be retained, and for how long

Where data is retained, it is kept solely for the purposes above and is not used for any other purpose after your account is deleted.
